Toilet Paper Sheep : 6 Steps (with Pictures) - ligginsrebt1940
Insertion: Toilet tissue Sheep
This a 3D printed sheep john paper bearer. It adds a young bit of amusive to an otherwise boring bathroom. It is sculptured after 2 different sheep toilet wallpaper holders I saw connected Thingiverse (who knew that was a thing?). The first one had a fun cartoonish cosmetic, but was overlarge and lucubrate. The other 1 had a minimal design that didn't appeal to me, but was more of the scale leaf that I was looking for. I divide the difference and designed one that was cartoonish and scaled to a single bathroom tissue roll.
Nearly of the parts are press fit and your tolerances may variegate depending on which 3D printing machine you use. That said, I designed the part with a 0.005" tolerance. The one part that International Relations and Security Network't alone iron out fit is the toilet paper tube post that connects behind the face. Piece it was designed to press fit to the back side of the front, I besides acknowledge that it may be loosened during normal use and English hawthorn need reinforcement. Connected account of this, I designed the post with two holes for 6-32 set screws. Should that be too more of a hassle, you could always just glue IT in place American Samoa wellspring.
Supplies
The parts you will need:
- A 3D printer (I used a Creality CR-10)
- Bleak PLA filament
- White PLA strand
- A roster of toilet wallpaper
Optional:
- 6-32 dab
- beg handle
- 6-32 x 1/4" set down screws
- 1/16 hex pull
- 5-microscopical Epoxy or Krazy Glue

Step 1: 3D Print the Parts
The following files that should be written with Black PLA:
- Sheep_Face.stl
- Sheep_Legs.stl
- Toilet_Paper_Tube_Post.stl
The following files should represent printed with whitened PLA:
- Sheep_Body.stl
- Sheep_Eyes.stl
You could also copy the original model on Tinkercad and mod it to stimulate your own.
Step 2: Campaign Fit the Eyes
Push the whites of the eyes into the sheep's eye sockets. If they are a little loose, implement a dab of paste to the second of the white pieces.
Step 3: Beseech Fit the Legs
Insert the sheep's legs into the leg sockets. Again, if they are a bit regular, you can tot a drop of glue to these likewise.
Step 4: Attach the Post
Now is time to attach the post to the back sidelong of the fount.
To do this, I rib the two holes in the post with a 6-32 tap then partially threaded a 6-32 x 1/4" gear up screw in each hole.
Once the screws were in place, I lined up the screws with the two countersunk holes in the mount on the noncurrent of the typeface. I then threaded the set screws into the countersunk holes to moderat the post firmly in space.
If the set screws are too much of a hassle for you, instead, you could simply add some glue to the joint and wait for IT to put across.
If that too is more crop than you privation to do, you could probably just get by with press-fitting the post to the side (leastways for a little while) if you don't handle it too much.
Step 5: Finish Your Sheep
Insert the face into united end of the roll of toilet paper, place it on the base, and you're done!
If you are look genuinely elysian, you could make a whole flock.
Step 6: BAHHHHHHHHHH.........
Take out them out to graze. However, keep them inside when IT rains. Unlike formula sheep, these are fair weather friends.
